This policy explains what personal data Agochar Vishwa (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your name and email address, and a securely hashed password handled by our authentication provider.
• Purchase data: which book you bought, the amount, date and payment reference. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login; payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Messages and questions: what you send through the Contact form or submit in the Q&A.
• Technical data: cookies needed to keep you logged in, and basic server logs for security.

How we use it

• To create your account, deliver the books you purchased and show them in your library.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and respond to support requests.
• To show your name or watermark inside the reader to deter unauthorised sharing of purchased content.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who processes data for us

We use trusted service providers: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and order records for as long as your account exists and as required by law for accounting. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal retention duties, by contacting us.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for login sessions. We do not sell your data.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18.
