Refer & Earn Programme Terms

These terms apply to everyone who joins the Refer & Earn programme. By applying you accept them.

Joining

• Every application is reviewed by us. We may approve or reject it without giving a detailed reason.
• You must be a registered user of the site and give true information.

Referral link and credit

• Each member gets one permanent personal referral link. A visitor who arrives through it is credited to you for a limited number of days, shown on the Refer & Earn page. If the visitor later arrives through another member’s link, the most recent link is credited.
• You cannot earn commission on your own purchases.

Commission

• Commission is a fixed amount set by us for each book. We may change the amount for future sales at any time. The amount for an order is fixed when the buyer starts the purchase.
• Commission is earned only on completed, verified payments.

Holding period, refunds and payouts

• Commission is held for a holding period (shown on the Refer & Earn page) before it becomes payable.
• If an order is refunded or disputed, the related commission is cancelled. If it was already paid out to you, the same amount may be deducted from your future earnings.
• Payouts are requested from your dashboard once the minimum amount is reached, and are sent manually to the UPI ID or bank account you provide. You are responsible for the correctness of those details and for any taxes on your earnings.

Rules of conduct

• No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or self-referrals through other accounts.
• Do not copy, share or resell our books. Do not promise anything we have not stated.
• We may suspend an account, cancel unpaid commission and stop payouts if these rules are broken.

Privacy

We never show buyers’ names or contact details to members. Members see only the number of sales and their own commission.

Changes

We may update these terms or end the programme. Commission already earned and eligible will still be handled under the terms that applied when it was earned.
